Specialized Fabric Care for High-Rise & Pre-War Flats

Manhattan properties present severe micro-climate demands, combining historical pre-war radiator soot and fine high-altitude wind soot with dense elevator lobby tracking. Standard surface cleaning cannot reach the base of closely woven fibers. Our precision temperature extraction lifts embedded black soot and stale urban dust without stripping delicate antique, silk, or wool materials.
